Daniel Zubrik
Daniel is a serial Entrepreneur, with 20 years of successful experience in business creation and profitability. His professional background includes software development and online marketing, and is a particularly strong leader, with great attention to detail, and solid technical expertise. His last company, Otherside Inc., was acquired for a six figure amount from a publicly listed company in the UK.
He has since entered the mortgage finance space and has been successfully investing in non-performing residential mortgage loans, producing significant absolute returns. Daniel has been able to build strong sourcing and business-to-business relationships in the mortgage industry, which has enabled much of his non-performing loan success to date.
Andrew Mabrey
Andrew Mabrey is a real estate entrepreneur who brings a business-building perspective to Papermoon Capital. His entrepreneurial approach complements the firm’s work with single-family properties and residential mortgage notes, with an emphasis on identifying practical opportunities and developing thoughtful solutions.
